This is a feature release which has delivered the concept of Teams – a way of adding your yard team/staff to the system so they can help with the admin.
Under the Settings menu you will now find a Team option. In here you can add team members, and assign a role.
The Manager role has complete access to the system and is the default role for whoever first registered with Equi-Man. The Manager can access all details and maintain all records.
An Employee role only has read only access to Member and Horse details, but has the ability to add Log Book entries.
We will be adding more roles, along with the ability to maintain your own roles in later releases.
